1. Digital Product & No-Refund Policy
The Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™ is a digital, subscription-based educational program. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to proprietary digital content, community resources, and training materials.
Due to the nature of digital access and intellectual property delivery, all payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
• monthly subscription fees
• partial subscription periods
• unused time
• accidental purchases
• failure to cancel prior to billing
We encourage all customers to review program details carefully before enrolling.
2. Subscription Billing
Your subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price presented at checkout (currently $7/month unless otherwise stated).
Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled prior to your next scheduled billing date.
By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription payments until you cancel.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Upon cancellation:
• You will not be billed again
• You will retain access until the end of your current paid period
• Your access will terminate at the conclusion of that billing cycle
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
4. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess your payment method.
If payment cannot be successfully processed, access to the Program may be suspended or terminated until payment is resolved.
5. 90-Day “I Work for Free” Power Guarantee
While all payments are non-refundable, we stand behind the educational value of the Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™.
Members who remain actively enrolled for 90 consecutive days and make a good-faith effort to follow the system may qualify for additional support if they have not achieved clarity, structure, and understanding of the Program.
This guarantee applies only to educational clarity and system comprehension — not to profits, income, or financial outcomes.
Additional support is provided at our discretion within the Program environment and does not include financial advice, one-on-one account management, or trade execution.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage all members to contact our support team prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to the Program and community.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide payment processors with evidence of digital delivery, access logs, and policy acceptance.
7. Policy Changes
