1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™ (“Program,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

2. Educational Purpose Only (No Financial Advice)

The Program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the Program constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any securities.

We are not registered investment advisors, brokers, or dealers. Participation in the Program does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship.

All trading decisions are made solely by you, and you assume full responsibility for all outcomes.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all individuals. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Past performance, examples, or hypothetical scenarios are not indicative of future results. We make no representations or guarantees regarding profits, income, or financial outcomes.

4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™ is offered as a recurring monthly subscription currently priced at $7 per month, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled.

You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in refunds for previously billed periods.

Access to the Program remains available through the end of your current paid billing period.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to proprietary materials, all payments are non-refundable.

Members are encouraged to review all available information prior to enrolling.

6. 90-Day “I Work for Free” Power Guarantee

Members who remain actively enrolled for a minimum of 90 consecutive days and make a good-faith effort to follow the Program may qualify for additional support if they have not achieved clarity, structure, and understanding of the Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™.

To qualify, members must be able to demonstrate reasonable proof of participation, which may include:

• completed lessons, worksheets, drills, and checklists
• trade journals or execution notes
• chart screenshots
• order confirmations or broker statements
• other documentation reasonably requested

This guarantee applies only to educational clarity and system understanding — not profits or financial outcomes.

“Work for free” means additional guidance or clarification within the Program environment, at our discretion. This does not include account management, individualized financial advice, or trade execution.

7. Member Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Program for lawful purposes only
• Follow all posted community guidelines
• Maintain respectful conduct
• Take full responsibility for your trading actions
• Not misrepresent results or experiences
• Not share, resell, or distribute Program materials

Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, videos, documents, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive property of Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use only.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, sell, or exploit any Program content without written permission.

9. Community Access & Conduct

Access to community platforms (including Skool or other private platforms) is a privilege, not a right.

We reserve the right to remove any member who disrupts the community, violates policies, shares misleading information, or engages in abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior.

Removal does not entitle the member to any refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™, its owners, operators, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from participation in the Program.

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beginner Fast Lane Trading System™ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Program or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered.
